Organizing Company / Service Provider: Lat & Long - Turismo e Serviços, Lda. (brands Corklands - Experiences and Events and Naturgift - Travel and Expeditions).​​

Lat & Long Turismo e Serviços, Lda. (hereinafter referred to as Lat & Long or Latitude and Longitude) is a travel, tourism and tourist entertainment company, headquartered at Rua do Centro Social n.º 4 Azervadinha, 2100-016 Coruche, Portugal, with Share Capital of €1,000, registered at the Commercial Registry Office of Coruche with the unique registration and legal person number 516798359, RNAAT 153/2022 and RNAVT registered (see the National Tourism Registry for all details on the company, using the registration number for consultations).​​

The general terms and conditions for participation in experiences, events, trips or expeditions in which the customer signs up will be those indicated on the online pages of our commercial brands Corklands (at www.corklands.pt) and Naturgift at www.naturgift.pt).

​Lat & Long's responsibilities arising from the obligations assumed are guaranteed by civil liability insurance with the ALLIANZ insurance company (policy no. 206455684, with a guaranteed amount of 50,000 euros) in accordance with current European legislation. ​

​

 

Any conflict arising from this service provision contract will be resolved by the Judicial Court of the District of Coruche, with express waiver of any other and for all issues not regulated by these General Conditions, Portuguese Law will apply.​
